When Will My Order Arrive?
Once shipped, All Orders Usually Arrive Within 3-8 Business Days. If your order has an item that exceeds 250 lbs. It will be shipped on a freight carrier, you will be contacted to schedule a curbside delivery time.
All In-Stock orders ship out from our warehouses within 1-3 Business Days.
Order Confirmation
Upon order placement, you'll get an email confirming receipt and credit card authorization. We promptly process in stock products for immediate shipment. If any item is unavailable, we'll contact you via email to confirm your preference: proceed or cancel for a full refund. If all items are in stock, we'll process charges and ship your order.
We ship your entire order to your home ABSOLUTELY FREE (only applies to most orders above $99) through us! Your shipping details and tracking information are e-mailed to you immediately after your order is processed! Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed.
Shipping processing time will vary based on each brand and which state you reside in due to the differential properties of the brands preferred freight carriers.
Inspection Upon Arrival
Upon arrival of your product, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. For quality assurance, please open and inspect your order for any type of damage and report it to the driver before it is signed for. If the package is damaged, contact us immediately for more information at support@sailsurfsoar.com.
If the unit is signed for without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. We cannot process an insurance claim with the freight company if the unit is signed for (which means you received it in good condition). In the event the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of the replacement unit or parts that are damaged.
Inspect the package immediately even if you will not be installing the unit. The shipping company requires the customer to report any damages within the first 48 hours after delivery.
The freight company will only deliver goods to a ground floor location and is not responsible for moving your items upstairs. Ensure that someone can assist the driver with moving heavy/bulky goods at the delivery location. If redelivery needs to be arranged because no one was at the delivery location, an extra charge may be applied.

30-Day Returns Policy
At SailSurfSoar we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30-days, just pay return shipping & restocking fee. It's as simple as that.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product upon completion of the return.
Customers must reach out to support@sailsurfsoar.com in order to arrange the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.
If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that SailSurfSoar will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
