Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

All orders to the lower 48 continental United States qualify for free shipping on orders totaling $99 and above. Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. If you're located outside the continental USA and wish to place an order, please reach out to us at support@sailsurfsoar.com or give us a call at (415)-432-9051.

Order Confirmation

Upon placing an order, a confirmation email will be promptly dispatched. This confirms receipt of your order within our system. Subsequently, our team at SailSurfSoar will promptly liaise with our suppliers to verify the availability of the ordered item(s) in stock for shipment. Should any item be out of stock, on backorder, or otherwise unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email or phone call. Once the product(s) are prepared for shipment, they will be promptly dispatched.

 

Shipping Time & Method

All orders are shipped within the lead time specified on the product page, which can be found beneath the "When Will My Order Arrive?" information section below the "Add To Cart" button. To Give a rough estimate, orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days post processing. Not all, but most shipments are handled via LTL freight. We do not deliver to APO/FPO or PO BOX addresses. Depending on the value of the item, orders may require signature confirmation upon delivery. Shipping durations are approximations and do not constitute assurances due to the nature of ground shipping. Order Shipment

Customers will receive an email containing tracking information within 24 hours of the order being shipped. If tracking information is not received within 3 days after the specified lead time on the product page, please contact us at support@sailsurfsoar.com. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accommodated. Refer to the "Cancellations" section below for further details.

Upon an order displaying as “Delivered” to the shipping address based on the tracking information provided by the freight/shipping company, SailSurfSoar holds no responsibility for any “non-receivable” scenarios. No replacements or refunds will be issued for orders marked as “Delivered.”

 

Receipt of Products & Damages

An adult must be present upon delivery to inspect and sign for received goods. Thoroughly examine the merchandise for any damages incurred during transport. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will initiate a claim with the carrier, who will collect and return the package, which must remain in its original packaging. Once the damaged product is collected by the carrier, we will coordinate with our suppliers to arrange for a replacement to be shipped. Manufacturing Defects

Should a manufacturing defect be identified, we will arrange for repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

 

Cancellations

Orders can generally be cancelled without penalty if they have not yet been shipped. Orders typically ship within the first 24-72 business hours of placement. If you wish to cancel an order, please do so promptly to avoid return shipping fees. Orders cancelled after shipment will be handled as regular 30-day return items, and return shipping costs along with restocking fees may apply.
